Desktop Support Specialist: Windows 11, SCCM & Intune
Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Desktop Support specialist to manage laptops/desktops, focusing on Windows 7/10/11 environments. You will perform OS installations and patches, provide L2 support, and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs. Applicants should have strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, and experience using ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira for incident management.
