Hardware & Desktop IT Support Specialist

US Tech Solutions is seeking an on-site IT support professional in Kansas City, MO. The role requires 2–3 years in IT, strong customer service, and experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, DNS, and Active Directory. You will install and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and printers, and assist users in a clear, non-technical manner.
