Position Solar Energy Consultant (Field Sales) Location & Schedule Los Angeles County & surrounding areas Full-time, flexible hours Earning Potential $5,000–$10,000+ per month Compensation Options Commission-only, base pay, or hybrid (base + commission) What You’ll Do Meet homeowners face-to-face to discuss the benefits of going solar. Perform consultations, design tailored solar solutions, and guide clients through financing options. Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing. Manage your pipeline and close deals with confidence. Work closely with our operations and install teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Who You Are A people person — confident, positive, and great at building trust quickly. Driven by results and motivated by uncapped earning potential. A fast learner with a strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude. Previous experience in sales, solar, or home improvement is a plus , but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. What You’ll Get Uncapped commissions and bonuses — top earners make $10K+ per month.
