Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily contributions will be vital to client success and overall clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments for students to understand their mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans designed to address their unique circumstances.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methods, tailored to each client's progress and challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records while adhering to HIPAA standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality of client information.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational staff to promote integrated care for students.

• Participating in regular case reviews and continuing education sessions that allow for shared insights into the best practices in clinical care.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families on mental health, treatment dynamics, and available community resources to promote informed and empowered choices.

• Staying current with ongoing research and developments in mental health, integrating this knowledge into practical applications to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on school-aged children and adolescents dealing with various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting solid academic grounding in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your valuable contributions as an LCSW will be recognized through a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
