This position is built for someone who can confidently engage prospects, uncover needs, and turn conversations into new policies. You'll work warm and cold leads, follow a structured sales process, and consistently push toward production goals. What You'll Do: Generate new business through outbound calls, referral follow-up, community outreach, and marketing leads Engage prospects, uncover needs, and present tailored insurance solutions Run quote conversations with confidence and close decisively Build and manage a strong daily pipeline of opportunities Maintain high activity levels to consistently hit weekly and monthly production goals Track metrics, document activity, and stay aligned with agency performance standards Cross-sell and maximize every opportunity This is a metrics-driven environment. Candidates must hold: Property & Casualty License Life & Health License If not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start date. Licensing support and guidance are provided.
