Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, implementing personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, using a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care that is responsive to clients' needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise and compassionate nature to navigate emergencies confidently.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
