Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their needs and rights.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and workshops to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. Our clients may present with different mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
