CSBB Business Management Associate

Position type: Regular (full‑time). The position is an in‑office Business Process Analyst, located in Charlotte or Atlanta, working five days per week. The role supports SEBP and CSBB by aligning priorities, coordinating deliverables, and driving operational discipline. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provide business‑process solutions to complex problems and act as a Process SME for moderate‑budget or short‑to‑intermediate projects. Collaborate with project teams, line of business, and IT resources to analyze and develop solutions; instruct, direct, and check the work of other business analysts. Develop and implement data‑collection plans for projects led by Process Engineers. Recommend process improvements based on analysis of process maps, data collection, and root‑cause analysis. Facilitate and document project meetings and design sessions; document process‑mapping sessions to reflect owner discussions. Manage small project initiatives with limited scope and prioritize responsibilities to balance initiatives and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, technology, or related field, or equivalent education and experience. Four years of process or project analysis experience in banking, financial services, or related services industry. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency with business‑process‑management (BPM) mapping standards. Self‑starter, highly motivated, change agent with strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Proficiency in process mapping and/or modeling. Knowledge of applying problem‑solving tools to create or draft process‑improvement deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Employee Engagement or Organizational Health data. Expertise in deck preparation and Microsoft 365 usage. Strong written communication skills.
