Benefit Claims Manager

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a well-established healthcare benefits/TPA organization to identify an experienced Claims Manager who is ready to make a significant impact. This is a true leadership opportunity—not just managing day-to-day claims operations, but helping shape the future of the department through process improvements, automation initiatives, and team development. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and develop a team of claims professionals in a collaborative environment. Oversee high-volume group health claims operations (approximately 4,000 claims/week). Improve workflows, productivity, and claims processing efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, IT, Stop Loss, Customer Service, and Sales. Drive automation initiatives and operational improvements while mentoring and coaching your team. What They\'re Looking For: 5+ years of leadership experience within group health claims Claims Management experience in a TPA, self-funded health plan, or insurance carrier Strong understanding of claims adjudication, stop loss, provider agreements, and commercial health plans Experience leading teams, improving processes, and managing claims inventories Hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and creating efficiencies Why This Opportunity?
