About this role We’re looking for an AI‑first operator to serve as the Data & AI team’s orchestrator working closely with the Chief Data & AI Officer –leading an enterprise‑level Value Office and driving cross‑functional execution across a global portfolio of AI, analytics, data, and architecture initiatives. Experience as Chief of Staff for technology leaders is a plus. In this role, you’ll build and run the operating system that turns strategy into outcomes: portfolio governance, executive reporting, intake‑to‑delivery workflows, value measurement, and accountability mechanisms. You’ll bring strong program leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones. Role & Responsibilities Value Office & Business Impact Operating Cadence & Accountability Portfolio & Program Leadership Strategic Projects & Special Operations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in management consulting. 3+ years of experience in managing complex AI & analytics programs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams. Strong stakeholder management skills. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
