Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you flexibility while serving our patients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. Your primary hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess patient needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the varying needs of clients.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering community resources while creating a safe space for dialogue.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Maintain confidential and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and crafting tailored treatment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
