Compensation: Up to $126,000 annually.

• About Home Health: Geriatric patient population.
• Position: Home Health/Contract/Physical Therapist (PT).
• Coverage: 10-mile radius from your Home Address. Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana , and surrounding areas.
• Job Type: Contract.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
• CPR Certified.
• Recent Physical within last year.
• Clear TB Test experience (Entry Levels to Seasoned).
• Works well unsupervised.

Physical Therapy in Home Health:

• Evaluate patients.
• Follow-up patients.
• Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week.
• Post-surgical.
• Balance.
• Home safety.
• ROM.
• Strength training.
• Equipment evaluation.

What to expect while treating:

• 45-minute treatments.
• Easy laptop documentation.
• 1 to 7 pts in a week.
