Chief Financial Officer

Salary: $260,000–$280,000 annually , plus performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits. This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on finance leader who can strengthen financial operations, build scalable processes, and partner with ownership and senior leadership to support continued growth. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team with responsibility for finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and human resources functions. The successful candidate will bring strong operational expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive financial strategy while remaining closely connected to day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, and human resources functions. Partner with executive leadership and ownership to develop and execute financial strategies that support growth objectives. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while ensuring accurate, timely, and GAAP‑compliant reporting. Maintain oversight of the company's Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. Manage tax planning, compliance activities, corporate filings, entity registrations, and sales tax requirements in partnership with external advisors. Develop and enhance internal financial controls, policies, procedures, and operational processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long‑term financial planning initiatives. Develop financial dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making. Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance. Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, lending relationships, and treasury operations. Establish processes to strengthen cash management, fraud prevention, and financial controls. Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, investments, and business expansion opportunities. Oversee ERP systems, financial technology platforms, automation initiatives, and reporting infrastructure. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and AI‑driven solutions. Manage insurance programs, broker relationships, renewals, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and partner with operational leaders to minimize business risk. Oversee human resource operations including payroll, compensation, benefits administration, employee policies, recruiting processes, onboarding, and employee relations. Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing finance and administrative teams. Establish clear roles, accountability, and succession planning within the organization. Serve as an active member of the leadership team and help guide the company's continued growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience. At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive within an organization generating $100M+ in annual revenue. Experience within healthcare distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, wholesale distribution, or a related industry preferred. Proven ability to scale financial operations within a growing organization. Strong background in ERP systems, financial reporting, automation, and business intelligence tools. Experience managing multi‑entity and multi‑location operations. Experience with international vendors, imports, private‑label products, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization. MBA and/or CPA preferred but not required. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Technology‑focused mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.
