Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist to join their growing team and support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. Job Overview This position is responsible for payroll processing, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties Process payroll accurately and on time. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries and support month-end close. Maintain payroll and financial records. Ensure compliance with payroll and accounting regulations. Assist with reporting and audits as needed. Requirements 3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience. Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, Sage, or similar systems. Strong Excel and accounting skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information.
