Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist to join their growing team and support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. This position is responsible for payroll processing, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties

• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.
• Maintain payroll and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and accounting regulations.
• Assist with reporting and audits as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, Sage, or similar systems.
• Strong Excel and accounting skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
