Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify co-occurring disorders and individualized treatment requirements.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, customized to align with each client’s specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that address addiction-related challenges, trauma history, and other underlying mental health concerns through innovative therapeutic methodologies.

• Monitor and assess clients’ progress throughout their recovery journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and evolving needs.

• Engage in regular consultation with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and ensure all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Educate clients and their families on the principles of mental health, addiction recovery, and coping strategies to promote understanding and support outside of therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clear documentation of progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily involve adults navigating the complexities of addiction recovery, along with those dealing with concurrent mental health disorders. This role requires sensitivity and understanding of each client's personal history and the socio-cultural factors that influence their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is a mandatory qualification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
