Senior Billing Analyst

Overseeing the entire invoice process for federal government contracts, the full-time remote Senior Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst will manage billing and collections, prepare invoices, and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules. Key responsibilities Prepare and manage company invoices for internal review and distribution Conduct detailed analysis of unbilled funds and monitor customer account activity Resolve invoice preparation issues and prepare year-end audit schedules for receivables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree or professional designation preferred Experience in federal government contracting Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint Billing and accounts receivable experience required Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
