Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse client base through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans aligned with clients' goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with both couples and individual family members to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and referrals as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including adults, adolescents, and their families. Our clients often present with complex issues such as:

• Experiences of abuse, both physical and psychological.

• Challenges associated with grief and loss.
\n
• Family conflict situations, including conflicts among siblings and mother-daughter relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n
