Recruitment Associate

We're partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm to hire an experienced Recruiting Associate to join its Human Capital team in New York. This is a highly visible, candidate-facing opportunity for someone who brings strong recruiting coordination, executive support, or high-touch operations experience and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The role goes well beyond traditional interview scheduling and includes significant stakeholder management, process ownership, technology utilization, and recruiting operations support. What You'll Do Drive complex recruiting processes from start to finish while delivering a polished candidate experience Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, senior stakeholders, and time zones Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Partner closely with Recruiters, Human Capital colleagues, hiring managers, and business stakeholders Manage competing priorities and proactively troubleshoot scheduling or process challenges Use generative AI and other technology-enabled tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and deliverables Maintain detailed and accurate recruiting documentation Follow established recruiting procedures, controls, and operational guidelines Support process-improvement initiatives and ad hoc recruiting projects Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion What We're Looking For Approximately 8+ years of professional experience Background in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive assistance, talent acquisition, client service, hospitality, or another high-touch operational environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain calm, polished, and solutions-oriented in a fast-moving environment Excellent judgment and discretion Proactive, adaptable, and intellectually curious approach Comfort learning and utilizing generative AI and other technology tools Strong candidate-service mindset with a warm, professional presence Location: Hudson Yards, New York City Schedule: Hybrid - onsite Tuesday through Thursday; remote Monday and Friday Hours: Approximately 52 hours per week Compensation: Approximately $110,000 base salary + paid overtime Bonus: Discretionary bonus eligibility after Year 1 and a higher target after Year 2 Employment Type: 2-year long-term assignment with benefits Start Date: ASAP Potential for extension or permanent opportunities based on performance, business need, and available openings #J-18808-Ljbffr
