Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed esthetician or skincare specialist, with a strong focus on medical-grade treatments. Advanced certifications in chemical peels, micro-needling, laser treatments, or similar modalities. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions. Excellent communication and client management skills, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
