Job Description: Weare searching for a high-energy Business Development Manager who is driven by providingexcellent service to clients and enjoys outreach / networking. The idealcandidate will have direct experience in outside sales for signage or similartrades, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and has a strong existingnetwork. Key Responsibilities Identifyand develop new business opportunities with developers, contractors,architects, and property managers. Prospect and maintain relationships withregional accounts in the multifamily, retail, grocery, and commercialsectors. Assist in the job scoping, bidding, andestimation process by gathering all relevant information and negotiatingeffectively on behalf of the company. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting,proposals, bids, contracts, and follow up through installation – ensuringcustomer satisfaction. Collaborate with multiple internal andexternal teams, including project management, engineering, fabrication,and installation to meet deadlines and manage client expectations. Serveas the primary point of contact for customers through the sales cycle,providing clear and effective communication. Implementcontinuous improvement plans for sales processes. Maintaindocumentation for all prospecting activity and sales pipeline. Consistentlymeet or exceed sales goals. Skills and Requirements 3+years in B2B sales, experience in signage, construction, printing, orother contracting industries strongly preferred. Strongability to read and understand construction project scopes, drawings, andbid documents Proficiencyin CRM Software. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills; able to consult with executives,project managers, and production teams. Provenexperience in attracting and maintaining new client relationships. Validdriver’s license and willingness to travel. Highenergy and a proactive approach to work. Self-motivated,results driven, and organized. Asenseof ownership and attention to detail with commitment to producinghigh-quality work. Eagerto learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
