Key Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation coordination. - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. - Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. - Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. - Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance-related documentation. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
