Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify physical impairments and functional limitations, which form the basis for individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to patient needs, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic modalities like ultrasound, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate clients and their families on effective at-home exercise programs and self-care techniques to enhance recovery and promote long-term health.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care, including regular case discussions and documentation sharing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards, including treatment progress and outcome measures to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
