Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations to identify patients' physical strengths and limitations, ensuring individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based care strategies employing advanced techniques to improve mobility and function in patients suffering from orthopedic injuries.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans to promote optimal outcomes and enhance recovery.
• Engage patients in fitness and wellness-oriented programs, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical performance.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to adhere to therapeutic protocols and lifestyle modifications.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, educating them about treatment processes and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and recommendations that contribute to comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuing education activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions, including those recovering from surgery, sports-related injuries, or chronic pain. You will develop strong relationships with patients, enabling you to understand their needs and create effective treatment plans that honor their personal recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective dialogue with patients, families, and fellow health professionals.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to manage diverse patient personalities effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical expertise in treating patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.
• Previous experience using telehealth solutions and electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management and treatment documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
