Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to students' diagnoses and preferences.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.

• Facilitate educational workshops for students and families to enhance awareness and understanding of mental health issues, available resources, and positive coping strategies.

• Stay informed of current industry research and best practices, integrating new insights into clinical work to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Manage a caseload of students, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment goals to align with individual progress and developments.

Qualifications\n
