Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Phoenix Therapeutic Services, you will:

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Actively advocate for clients' rights, helping them navigate available resources and providing necessary case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns prevalent within educational settings. You will support children and adolescents to understand and manage their emotions, behavioral challenges, and other mental health issues, facilitating their overall growth and academic success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
