As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Legal Office Manager to oversee firm operations, intake systems, workflow management, and administrative coordination. Position Overview The Legal Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day firm operations and ensuring efficient case workflow across a multi-attorney environment. This role is ideal for an experienced law firm operations professional who understands intake systems, case management platforms, billing processes, and team coordination. This position reports directly to firm leadership and plays a key role in operational structure and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee legal intake and client onboarding processes Manage case setup and workflow within MyCase Monitor case progression and deadline tracking Generate internal operational and workflow reports Coordinate monthly billing workflow Maintain awareness of trust accounting documentation processes Supervise administrative staff and intake coordinationImprove operational systems and firm efficiency Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a law firm operations, office management, or practice management role Direct experience with MyCase preferred (or similar legal case management system) Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a structured workflow environment Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Experience in real estate law, litigation, or estate planning preferred Compensation & Benefits Performance bonus potential Paid time off Professional work environment within a stable, long-standing firm Work Environment Central Florida office-based position Professional, team-oriented setting Growth-focused leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Barry-Miller-Law
