Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg Telemetry, Plymouth, MA — travel 13-week temporary assignment starting 10/19/2026 in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,583 to $2,641. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. Shift: 12-hour nights, 3x per week. The role includes float responsibilities to MS TELE floors and overflow areas as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for Med Surg Telemetry patients, including ongoing assessment and care planning
- Monitor telemetry rhythms, respond to telemetry changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform procedures per policy; document administrations accurately
- Document in the electronic health record and communicate patient status to the care team
- Float to like units and overflow areas as needed while maintaining patient safety and care standards
- Support discharge planning, patient education, and adherence to clinical pathways and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (American Heart Association)
- Ability to pass Telemetry competency exam; onboarding includes pass/fail ECG/Telemetry and medications tests (one attempt)
- Capacity to float to other Med Surg Telemetry floors and overflow areas
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
