Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 3 nights per week
Weekly pay: $2,527-$2,710 per week
Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
Setting: Acute care hospital unit; a 49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit serving adults and geriatric patients

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients on a telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry data, respond to alarms, administer medications and treatments per MAR and orders
- Document care and assessments accurately in the EPIC EMR; maintain clear patient records
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans and coordinate transitions of care
- Uphold patient safety, fall prevention, infection control, and pain management practices
- Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education

Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license; must be current at time of submission
- Med Surg experience with telemetry preferred; ability to care for adult and geriatric patients
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and AHABLS
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; flexible to unit needs
- Onboarding requires one-time exams (ECG/Telemetry test and medication test) scheduled via proctor session within 48 hours of tentative offer
- Start date 10/19/2026; assignment duration 13 weeks; travel status
