Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Cherry Blossum HealthCare, you will work with a diverse population, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid clinical license in the state of Florida as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required , while holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental in approach, enabling clients to feel understood and supported in their mental health journey.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
