Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing coping skills and emotional regulation.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans are implemented effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will also work collaboratively with families and couples, helping them navigate interpersonal dynamics and enhance relational functioning. Our client base often includes those with limited access to in-person mental health care, making your role essential in providing support and advocacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload availability. You will receive numerous client referrals, enhancing your ability to build a thriving practice. Additionally, our administrative support staff will assist you with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on administrative tasks.
