This role allows for a flexible work setting as a remote therapist, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal life while working from the comfort of your home. You will also have access to our outpatient office, where collaborative efforts with colleagues and participation in team activities can take place. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patient needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques with individuals, couples, and families, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant modalities.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to cultivate a sense of community and to address prevalent mental health issues.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded and effective treatment approaches for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for patients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and collaborative team meetings to align on patient care initiatives.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary range for this role is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
