We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our faculty, staff, and organizational growth.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and staff support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, people-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Assist with recruiting faculty, administrative, and support staff.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen applications and schedule interviews.
• Maintain applicant and hiring records.

Employee Onboarding & Training

• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Ensure completion of required employment paperwork.
• Track staff certifications, licenses, and training records.
• Assist with employee training and development activities.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

HR Administration

• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Update employee information and maintain documentation.
• Assist with HR communications and administrative tasks.
• Prepare basic HR reports as needed.

Benefits & Staff Support

• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
• Support performance review processes.
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in an administrative, office, customer service, or human resources role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred

• Experience working in healthcare, education, or a training environment.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, or employee recordkeeping.
