Work Environment

Our Chantilly outpatient office is designed to be a welcoming and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist within our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assessing patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing therapy techniques using advanced practices to enhance patient recovery and promote engagement.
• Providing exceptional patient care while promoting a positive clinic environment by demonstrating proficient communication and relationship-building skills.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes through coordinated care approaches.
• Instructing patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation programs designed to empower them in self-management of their conditions.
• Maintaining records in compliance with medical regulations and quality standards.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals to ensure practice efficiency and effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, pediatric challenges, neurologic disorders, and sports-related ailments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, alongside strong organizational and computer skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
