Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for representing the company's values and image to the public. You will work to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and foster positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders. You will be expected to be knowledgeable about the brand's products, services, and history, and be able to communicate this information effectively. Responsibilities: Daily Responsibilities: • Engage with customers and potential customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person interactions. • Attend events and promotional activities to represent the brand and build relationships with customers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for the brand. • Create content and engage with followers on social media platforms to promote the brand and its products. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Weekly Responsibilities: • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing materials and promotions. • Participate in training sessions to stay current on the brand's products and services. • Identify potential partners and collaborations that align with the brand's values and image. • Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Monthly Responsibilities: • Prepare reports summarizing marketing activities and results for upper management. • Attend team meetings to discuss strategies and brainstorm new ideas. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as influencers and media contacts. • Develop long-term marketing plans and strategies to support the brand's growth and success. • Participate in company events and conferences to represent the brand and network with industry professionals. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Experience in brand management, marketing, or sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Key Performance Indicators • One social media post per week. • 20 gas calls a month. • 6 events attended a month. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
