This role is fully remote, offering flexible work hours from the comfort of your own home. Therapists will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while ensuring availability to clients during peak hours. As you will be engaging with clients via telehealth platforms, familiarity with online counseling tools and technologies is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Assess and diagnose clients’ mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques that focus on client strengths and solutions, helping them achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
