Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' unique needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting therapeutic interventions to fit the virtual format while maintaining engagement.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to promote peer support, social connection, and education on managing mental health conditions.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, using critical thinking and effective communication skills to stabilize situations.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any relevant client information, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors in team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including training in new treatment modalities and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse patient population dealing with a multitude of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Clients may range from young adults to seniors, and you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet their distinct backgrounds, experiences, and therapeutic needs. Our practice values cultural competence and the ability to engage with clients from various demographics.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Keen understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, both individually and in group settings.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and staff alike.

• Sound ethical judgment and professionalism while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality protocols.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
