Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring an environment conducive to open communication and trust.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and recovery.

• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment strategies and share insights that contribute to professional development.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in immediate need, assessing their situations and ensuring safety and well-being.

• Keep up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By limiting groups to a maximum of eight clients, you will have the opportunity to foster deep, meaningful relationships that can significantly enhance the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week based on whether you choose a 1099 contract or a W2 employment model.

• Experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly those applicable to adolescent and young adult populations.

• Experience with case management software and teleconferencing tools to facilitate efficient client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
