This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via a secure telehealth platform, utilizing technology to deliver services effectively and engagingly.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, considering their individual histories and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, demonstrating an ability to assess serious situations and apply immediate and appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

• Stay current with the latest theories, methodologies, and best practices in mental health counseling through continuous education and professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect and establish rapport in a virtual setting will be paramount in helping clients feel supported and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships in a virtual environment.

• Experience working with a variety of demographics and the ability to adapt counseling techniques to meet diverse cultural needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools that facilitate effective remote therapy.
