Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and engage in ongoing evaluations to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions to support therapeutic goals.

• Manage and complete documentation including assessments, treatment notes, and discharge plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, discuss patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Identify risk factors and safety concerns for each client, implementing appropriate interventions and referrals where necessary.

• Conduct follow-ups post-discharge to ensure continuous care and support for transitioning clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in the therapeutic process.

The primary client base consists of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish and maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients.
