What You'll Do

• Independently perform medical acts within your scope of practice in an outpatient primary care setting
• Provide comprehensive medical and nursing care to individuals, families, and groups
• Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness optimization
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
• Support daily clinic operations efficiently and safely
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and more

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care or related setting
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
