What You'll Do

• Diagnose and stage various cancers using clinical assessments, imaging, and labs
• Develop personalized treatment plans involving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Manage treatment side effects and provide supportive care
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and other oncology specialists for comprehensive care
• Participate in clinical trials, research, and quality improvement projects
• Stay current with clinical guidelines and oncology advancements
• Mentor and guide healthcare staff in oncology best practices
• Contribute to patient care planning and departmental initiatives

What You Need

• State medical license with Board Certification or Eligibility in Oncology
• Prior experience in oncology care preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
