What You'll Do

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions using physical exams, imaging, and medical histories
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre-and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient recovery and safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, therapy, and rehabilitation specialists
• Participate in on-call coverage as part of a full-time orthopedic service
• Maintain accurate, complete medical records and documentation of patient care and surgical outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members about diagnoses and treatment options
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery through ongoing education and professional development

What You Need

Required:

• Vermont Medical License or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Proven surgical expertise in orthopedic procedures
• Strong diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Experience with joint replacements, fracture management, arthroscopy
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
