What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary infections
• Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms with pre- and post-operative care
• Provide consults in hospital and emergency settings, collaborating with specialists
• Partner with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based, single-site practice
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive health
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards
• Engage in quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development
• Contribute approximately 7 days per month to a light call schedule

What You Need:

• Medical license to practice in Vermont (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of Urology experience (new grads not accepted)
• Strong clinical skills in urologic diagnosis and management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care and safety
