Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Understanding the unique challenges faced by varied populations—such as LGBTQ+ individuals, minorities, and people with trauma backgrounds—will be crucial in delivering culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• At least four years of professional experience working in mental health counseling.
