Vice President of Sales

Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid) Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Sales Leaders to drive business growth across North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling Analytics, Data Engineering, AI, or Digital Transformation services to enterprise clients and possess deep industry relationships within Retail, CPG, or Pharma & Life Sciences sectors. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building executive-level relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving revenue growth targets across the region. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across assigned North American territories. Identify, qualify, and close opportunities related to: Data & Analytics Services Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Solutions Business Intelligence & Reporting Solutions Digital Transformation Initiatives Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure. Collaborate with consulting, delivery, solutioning, and leadership teams to create compelling client proposals and value propositions. Develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts. Represent Quantzig at industry events, conferences, and executive networking forums. Required Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a significant portion focused on North America. Proven experience selling Analytics, AI, Data Engineering, Data Management, or Digital Transformation services. Demonstrated success in hunting and closing large enterprise deals. Strong network and relationships within one or more of the following industries: Retail Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Pharma and Life Sciences Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong consultative and value-based selling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively with global delivery and consulting teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience selling Analytics Consulting, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, or Advanced Analytics solutions. Understanding of modern cloud data ecosystems and platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and related technologies. Experience working with offshore delivery models and analytics consulting and services organizations. Key Success Metrics New revenue generated. Pipeline generation and conversion.
