We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a busy litigation department in New Jersey. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is well suited for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-moving environment. The position offers hands-on administrative experience and would be a strong fit for entry-level candidates, including current students, who are comfortable working accurately under volume-driven demands.
Responsibilities:• Support day-to-day administrative operations for the litigation team by handling a variety of clerical and office support tasks.
• Digitize and organize documents through scanning and indexing to maintain accurate and accessible records.
• Prepare, copy, and assemble case-related materials and other office documents for internal and external use.
• Coordinate outgoing correspondence, including packaging materials and processing mailings in a timely manner.
• Enter information into office systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with front desk and receptionist-related duties, including directing inbound calls and providing general administrative support.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced office setting.
