Business Development ManagerVital Healthcare Solutions is seeking a vibrant and energetic individual with a passion for improving the lives of others. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday and includes a full benefit package, company car, and a competitive salary. Essential Job Duties:Identify potential clients (e.g., facilities, institutions, etc).Build relationships with key decision-makersGenerate leads and prospect new customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.Educate clients on the services and products offeredMaintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.Follow up on leads, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients receiving services.Build trust through ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.Stay updated on trends in the long-term care industry, including new services, technologies, and regulations.Research competitors to understand their offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance and meet quotas.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.Stay current on industry standards, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to clients.Train clients or new sales staff on product offerings and company procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in a sales positionMust be comfortable with cold calls / tremendous communication skills / written verbalProficient MS OfficeExperience with CRM platformsFlexible personality, ability to work with different management stylesExceptional attention to detailAbility to operate independently and be results drivenMust be able to build and maintain relationships with clientsPrevious remote work experience highly desiredDaily travel - up to 75% of your work week will be in the field (no overnights)
