That full-service approach, paired with a strong reputation for quality and collaboration, has earned EBC business from some of the top employers in the Lehigh Valley, and the company is now ready to grow into new markets.The OpportunityAs EBC's first sales hire, you will build the sales function largely from the ground up: developing a strategy for new markets, growing a pipeline of prospects, and establishing EBC as a trusted partner well beyond its current Lehigh Valley base. You will get full training on the industry, tools, and systems, and real autonomy to run your territory in the way that works best for you.What You'll DoIdentify and prospect target clients across the Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and/or Harrisburg markets, building a hunting and pipeline strategy largely from scratchSet appointments, lead discovery calls, and provide facility tours that showcase EBC's full range of capabilitiesBuild relationships through networking, community involvement, and leveraging memberships such as the Chamber of Commerce and SHRMDevelop and execute a sales process for markets where EBC has relied primarily on word of mouth and referrals to dateUse CRM and MIS systems to manage your pipeline and track job quotes and statusRepresent EBC at industry and networking events across the regionWhat You BringProven B2B sales experienceA hunter mentality and comfort with proactive outreach, including cold calling and prospecting new marketsStrong communication skills and responsivenessAbility to build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and internal team members alikeSelf-motivated with the drive to build a sales process and territory in growing marketsWhat EBC OffersA true seat at the table, with real input into sales strategy, structure, and how you build your book of businessA supportive, collaborative internal team focused on high-quality delivery, so you can stay focused on sellingA clear growth path as you grow EBC's presence in new marketsLocation & TravelThis is a hybrid role.
