Location: New York, NY. In-person. You must live in the NYC area or be open to relocating to New York.

About the company

Our client is a venture-backed, direct-to-consumer hardware brand selling a premium, high-ticket physical product that customers use every day. The business is growing fast, the product has strong word of mouth and repeat demand, and the founder-led team is now building out its executive bench. The company name is confidential at this stage and will be shared with candidates on a first call.

The Role

As Chief Growth Officer you will own the full revenue engine: paid and organic acquisition, conversion, retention, and the customer journey from first click to delivered product. You will set the growth strategy, own the budget and the numbers, and build and lead the growth, marketing, and lifecycle team. This is a hands-on executive role at a company that moves quickly, with real ownership of the P&L levers that matter most.
